I don't have a business, can I resell?
Anyone can resell our pieces. It is not necessary to have a company. It is only necessary to make a registration in our website to order.
How do I order?
To order, simply register on the page How to Sell and fill in a form with all the requested data. After registering, you must select the pieces you want, in the desired quantities and colors and add them to the shopping cart. Select the payment and shipping method and, finally, confirm your order.
Is there a minimum purchase limit?
The minimum purchase limit is €50 in product + VAT.
I registered, but I don't remember the password. What can I do?
You can change your password by clicking where it says "recover password ". After that, just follow all the steps given. If not, you can contact us to try to help in the best way possible.
Does the value of the items already have VAT?
No. All prices shown do not include VAT, which is added at the time of finalizing your order.
What is the material of the parts?
At RONÊ, we produce and sell mainly plated/plated/ bathed (terms for the same designation). That is, all our pieces have a thin layer/bath of noble material from: 18k gold, rhodium, 925 silver and/or rose gold.
Do the pieces lose their color/bath?
As a rule, our pieces do not lose color. However, there are some precautions and Usage Recommendations necessary to maintain the good condition and natural shine of all parts.
Do they ship to the Islands?

How long does it take for my order to arrive?< br>
Order is shipped within 48 business hours after payment confirmation. The delivery of goods takes, as a rule, within 24-48 hours, counted on working days, for Mainland Portugal.
How can I track my order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive an sms/ email with the order code. You can track the shipment through the website of the CTT's.< /span>
I selected payment by credit card and could not make the payment. What now?
Whenever you place an order, you receive an email with the order you made on our website.
In that same email, you will have information with all the data to proceed with the payment.
